Use your cell phone or a digital camera to snap a few photos, similar to the examples below. You can do it yourself, but it's easier to have someone help you so you can use your fingers to pull your lips back.

(This one is much easier if you can use 2 fingers on each hand to pull your lips back, so it will help to have someone help you take the picture.)
